Up hill from the start this circular route takes in Barbados, Bargain, Nine Wells, Cuckoo and upper and Lower Hale Woods visiting Maryland and Catsbrook on the way.
Mixed terrain including footpaths, some indistinct, forest trails and country lanes. Lots of ups and downs and maybe some mud! No dogs. NB: 9.30am start
