From Redbrook a steep ascent onto Offa's Dyke Path which is followed before dropping down into the Hidden Valley. Back via Newland with "ups and downs" on the way. Top end of moderate due to ascents. Walk is on mix of tracks, country lanes, footpaths and across fields. No dogs. NB earlier start of 9.30am
