Meet at: Clydach Ironworks car park, Station Road (NP7 0BR)
Start from Clydach ironworks, river and canal before climb to lonely shepherd, with coffee stop at Llanelly church. After lunch drop back down, and cross the road, before another climb up through the gorge, from there start our descent back to the start.
