Meet at: Roadside parking on Hadnock Road Monmouth (NP25 3AG)
Starting in Monmouth, pick up the Wysis Way to the Kymin. After a breather we continue on the Wysis Way until diverting on to the High Meadows Trail just beyond the Suck Stone. We continue on the High Meadows trail over Biblins bridge before heading upstream to Symonds Yat West. Climbing to the Seven Sisters viewpoints we then make our way to King Arthur's cave before dropping back to the river following it back to Monmouth.
